Please review the Sponsorship/Exhibitor opportunities and determine at what level you would like to participate. It is important to apply early to gain maximum exposure for your business. We will begin our media push for this event in January. We are dedicated to making this event a success for all sponsors and community partners.  Because of this commitment, we will review all applications and you will be notified if your company/booth has been accepted.  In the event that your company is not chosen, you will be refunded at once.

  • Booth space includes 8’ table, 2 chairs, and a white linen (Electricity and usage of big screen TV included. Cabana measures 8’x8’ and can be combined with neighboring cabanas. This booth provides ample space for attendees to walk into your booth or provide a seating area/lounge feel.

PURPOSE

The Southwest Tea Festival aims to unite tea educators, retailers, and growers with tea drinking consumers and hobbyists. This two-day festival will provide tea knowledge, cultural experiences, tastings, cuppings, pairings, and demonstrations for tea enthusiasts throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

  • Cafés/Restaurants – chefs demonstrating tea service and/or fresh recipes that include/compliment tea

  • Growers – individuals currently growing tea on any scale and willing to provide information on best practices
  • Artists – display, sell and demonstrate craft while keeping the focus on tea

ACTIVITIES & EDUCATION

  • A selection of presentations, cuppings, tastings, tea culture, tea brewing demonstrations, and cultural performances will be offered in multiple locations throughout the festival.
  • Giveaway Prizes – Sponsors have the opportunity to provide gift certificates and prizes to promote their businesses to the attendees.
  • Live music and a Tea Lounge will compliment the festivities!
